Summer Run and Swim in session...Practices move to HS Track on September 1, 2010
Location: New Fairfield HS/MS Track and surrounding fields
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 5:00-6:30 and Saturdays at 9:00 At
Pootatuck State Forest (end of Pine Hill Rd) or
Ciaiola Preserve (Haviland Hollow Rd)
We will be running outside so please dress appropriately-running pants, long sleeves, hats and gloves.

Parents: please be sure your athlete comes to every practice with proper running clothes (shorts and t-shirt), running shoes, sweats or warmups (it can get quite cold and windy at the track), and water or sport drink.
Please alert the coaches if your child is injured, or if your child cannot participate in meets.
We also encourage and need parent volunteers for help in club organizing, meet officiating and coaching/teaching. |
